ASHL national advice business expands footprint with two further acquisitions
Adviser Services Holdings Limited (ASHL), the rapidly expanding adviser support service provider, has acquired another two wealth management firms via its national advice business, LYNC Wealth Management.
Friarsgate Financial Planning (Chester) and Richard Armitage Wealth Management South West Limited will add over £200m assets under advice and 500 wealth clients to the existing acquisitions announced in March 2023. The national advice business complements ASHL’s existing network offering via, Sense and Lyncombe, by providing succession planning options for advice firms within the group and across the wider marketplace. Of the four acquisitions to date, two have been from within the group and two from Quilter Financial Planning.
